2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Many 39&Lo products are produced specifically for each customer order.
Product availability, styles, colors, and sizes may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, and specifications.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

Lighting and photography
Fabric characteristics
Manufacturing processes
Vintage or mineral-wash treatments
Such variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities when necessary.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or material pricing errors. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the payment will be refunded.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 48–72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Many products are made to order and enter production shortly after purchase.
Processing times may vary due to order volume, product availability, or production requirements.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after successfully completing checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance if an issue prevents fulfillment.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard orders are generally expected to arrive within 7–14 business days, including processing and shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product selection, fulfillment location, shipping destination, and carrier conditions.
Some merchandise is fulfilled within the United States, while other products are fulfilled internationally.
Fulfillment locations may vary based on the product, style, or selected color.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Custom or specially requested merchandise may require additional processing and delivery time.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund rights customers may have under applicable shipping and consumer protection laws.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept return and exchange requests for eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Approved standard returns are issued as store credit rather than refunds to the original payment method.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs unless the merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Certain items, including personalized merchandise, gift cards, and final-sale products, may be excluded from standard returns.

7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because many 39&Lo products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.
Customers requesting changes or cancellations should contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible, except where required by applicable law.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure orders arrive as expected.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Customers should provide their order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.
We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
The requested reporting period does not eliminate any rights available under applicable law.
9. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom or specially requested merchandise may require additional production time.
Once production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be modified or canceled.
Personalized merchandise is not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original artwork, designs, photographs, written content, branding, logos, and other creative materials displayed on the 39&Lo website are owned by 39&Lo or used with appropriate permission.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.
Unauthorized use of our original creative materials is prohibited.
