As an independent apparel brand, many of our items are thoughtfully produced upon purchase. Please review our processing and shipping information below.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will move into production and preparation for shipment.
Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard orders are generally delivered within 7–14 business days.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, selected color, fulfillment location, and shipping destination.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping times are not guaranteed.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
39&Lo partners with production and fulfillment facilities located both within the United States and internationally.
Fulfillment locations may vary depending on the specific product, style, or color selected.
As a result:
Some items may ship from facilities within the United States.
Other items may ship from international fulfillment facilities.
Different colors of the same style may ship from different locations.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping and delivery times may vary between items within the same order.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom or specially requested orders may require additional production and processing time.
Delivery estimates for custom orders will vary depending on the design, production requirements, and fulfillment location.
Please allow additional time beyond our standard shipping window for custom merchandise.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the shipping carrier receives your package.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $150 or more, subject to applicable shipping restrictions.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

Customs processing for internationally fulfilled merchandise

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
